250g raspberries, chilled
200ml natural (plain) yogurt, chilled
300ml freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
1. Place raspberries and yogurt in a blender and process for about one minute until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Add in the orange juice to the above mixture and process for another 30 seconds.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Note: makes 2-3 glasses.
