Apparently I THINK I have lots of free time today, (I really don’t. Tons of assignments I have to complete) so I have a whole set of posts I am working on to release. Since I haven’t done anything very food related in a while, I decided to do that for this post. This is a simple and healthy snack you can prepare that really doesn’t require you to do much.
All you have to do is cut your strawberries in halves, thirds, or quarters.
You will then line an oven tray with non-stick baking paper.
Place your strawberries (cut side up) on the tray.
Dry in the oven for three hours at 100° C / 210° F.
*You can season with salt & pepper before if you would like!
